My A2115 mac won't boot. Powers up (2 leds lit), all connectors properly connected.
Thoughts and or suggestions?

Please remember it’s pretty old and considered obsolete and vintage. It’s very possible it is simply ready to be replaced.
An A2115 is a 2020 iMac 5K 27" and is still supported.
You seem have a hardware issue—those are hard to diagnose in this text-based setting. As it is a supported model you may be best served by having Apple evaluate
When asking here, it's always prudent to use the model description with a date instead of the the "A" number to avoid confusion. Some "A" numbers were used to ID form factors for several years on Macs with very different capabilities and support status.
Absolutely nothing. Tried a new screen (other one was severely cracked but had been operable), still nothing. I double-checked all connections and they appear all good.
That was critical information you left out, I STRONGLY recommend to stop the do-it-yourself approach and take the computer to an Apple Authorized Service Provider!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
