Why doesn't Apple Mail notify users when the 1000 email daily limit is reached during folder moves?

I AM MIGRATING MY EMAILS/FOLDERS FROM GODADDY TO APPLE MAIL. SINCE BOTH ACCOUNTS ARE VISIBLE IN APPLE MAIL, I AM DRAGGING FOLDERS (WITH ALL OF THEIR EMAILS) FROM ONE TO THE OTHER. LITTLE DID I KNOW THAT ONCE THE 1000 EMAIL LIMIT HAS BEEN REACHED, APPLE SIMPLY SHOWED THE EMAILS AS HAVING MOVED, BUT THEN DELTED THEM WITHOUT WARNING. BECAUSE THE EMAILS APPEARED TO HAVE BEEN TRANSFERRED, I DELETED THE FOLDER FROM MY GODADDY EMAIL. FORTUNATELY, WHEN I CALLED GODADDY TO TRY TO RECOVER THEM, I HAD PAID FOR A PACKUP SERVICE, AND WAS ABLE TO RECOVER THE FOLDERS. NOW I JUST DO A FEW FOLDERS A DAY, AND TRIPLE CHECK BEFORE DELETING THEM FROM GODADDY. PERHAPS THERE IS A BETTER WAY? REGARDLESS, APPLE SHOULD NOTIFY THE USER WHEN THE 1000 EMAIL LIMIT IS REACHED DURING FOLDER MOVES.
