How do I recover a missing Safari tab group with work-related tabs on iPhone?

One of my 3 safari tab groups has disappeared completely- I did not do anything to delete it. It had approx 40 tabs in it, all which are links to work related items. How can I find this missing tab group and restore it without going through history of individual tabs?
