Live caller ID Feature

Hi,

I developed an application to identify and warn of fraudulent calls. With OS 18.2, Apple said that developers can create a Live caller ID feature and users will receive direct identification via API when there is a call. We made this feature work very well on the TestFlight version, but when pushing for public review, the feature did not work and the reason was that Apple had not accepted the request.

We have requested this issue for 2 months, contacted Apple every day but Apple did not respond and support.

However, recently, we saw that the Truecaller application - the same app as our app, has that feature working because it was accepted by Apple. Is Apple biased or is there some other hidden reason?

Being restricted like this greatly affects the users and revenue of our application.
