While trying to use the shortcut "Accessibility Assistant for iPhone and iPad" we found that it works in English but not when the phone is in Swedish. Is this an English language only shortcut?

Although Apple provides a comprehensive list in the linked article below, it does not list the shortcuts accessibility assistant separately, so Apple's article may help in another context, or may not help at all:
