Access to Documents folder

Running 15.4

This is a never ending problem with AppleScript/OS.

I have a script on a 2019 iMac and it runs perfectly.

When I use the EXACT same script on an M2 MacBook Air making just a directory change it will run but needs access to Documents folder, which I allow, yet the same Security and Privacy comes back sometimes 2-3 times when the script is run.

In Security and Privacy I see the script name and access in Files and Folders as well as Automation.

The same settings appear on BOTH macs in Security and Privacy.

The script does finally run, but not automatically like on the iMac

Thanks

iMac (2017 – 2020)

I revised the script on the M2 Mac and got it working. Works as well as the unrevised script on the iMac

Just strange how the original script runs on Intel mac but not on M2 Mac without a bunch of privacy and security warnings.

I will leave it at that.

Thanks so much as always.
