Calendar on iMac wiped clean after iPhone update 18.4. So I deleted the calendar app from the iPhone (not used at all). I connected my Time Machine backup & can access the files. No files appear when trying to use the calendar import feature on the iMac. iPhone OS 18.4, iMac OS 15.3.2
Any ideas on how to recover my backed up calendar data?

If your calendar data is synced to anything, it's not part of your backup.
Mac: Go to System Settings>Internet Accounts and make sure that you have "Calendar" enabled for all of the relevant accounts.
If you're using iCloud, you'll find that under Saved to iCloud>See All>iCloud Calendar
iPhone: Settings>Apps>Calendar>Accounts
Calendar is not synced to anything. Looks that means restoring from a backup would not work?
My calendar is not that complicated. I'll need to sync the new calendar before the next backup.
