Could you please help if anyone of you experience or have solutions below.
My Cardio Fitness was not updated everyday - however i did my workout outdoor running or walking everyday. Just curious what could be the possible problem and what is the recommendation and solutions.

Does the data show on your Apple Watch? The data generally syncs overnight, but could be sooner if you were looking for it in Health app.
Did your workout meet the requirements for recording VO2 max? Has it been recording it?

Do you know where i can see the data on Apple Watch? Yes. I did my workout everyday the same, outdoor walk or run. However, apple health didn't captured everyday. Just curious.
