I am using Sequoia 15.3 and Pages 14.3 and cannot find writing tools when using Pages, Notes or Mail, it is available when browsing in Safari. How do I find writing tools?

Also, have Apple Intelligence and Siri turned ON
In Pages version 14.3
Select the text in the Pages Document >> Edit >> Writing Tools
Same thing for Notes and Mail
