Why is accesibility constantly accessing my microphone on iPhone 14 Pro Max?

I already turned my phone off and checked all settings but nothing has changed.

Use the Dynamic Island on iPhone - Apple Support

says you can:

✽ "check alerts and current activities in progress—such as a Voice Memo recording, an AirDrop connection, and directions from Maps—in the Dynamic Island"

and

✽ you can: "Expand the activity to see more detail:

Touch and hold the activity or swipe from the center to the right or left side."

As Apple users, like yourself, we do no know which accessibility features that use your iPhone's microphone are turned on in Settings. Eg: In apps with text fields, if turned on, the microphone may be listening for dictation.
