Imac can I delete an item from privacy & security local network folder

I have 6 items of the same name in the local network folder. If I turn one on they all switch on and the same if I switch them off. It is not important, but I find it annoying. Is there a way of getting rid of the unnecessary ones so just one remains. Thanks for any help you can give me I have Mac OS 15.4
