My Apple Watch Ultra 2 will no longer make or receive phone calls

My watch just stopped making or receiving phone calls, I have looked at all of the settings, i have rebooted the watch, still nothing. It is not in cellular mode meaning it using my Iphone to make the call. I think this might have started shortly after a software update on the watch but can be sure.

Seems like everything else works like texting or other features just no phone calls in or out.
