How do I reset AirPods 3rd generation when left AirPods fails to connect?

My devices: iPhone 13 Pro Max, iPad Pro 11" 3rd Generation, running both the lastest OS 18.4. MBP M2.

1st AirPods 3 - noticed no left ear audio. Hard reset. Tried to connect, but keeps failing. Hard reset again, now stuck on while blinking light. Does not connect at all to any of my devices. It seems to be connected at times WHILE the WHITE light is blinking. Then failed connection and asked to remove it from bluetooth devices.

2nd AirPods 3 - same issue, for some odd reason. NO left ear audio as well. Hard reset. Tried to connect, but keeps failing. Hard reset again, now stuck on while blinking light. TWO AirPods 3 experiending the same issue. Also note, removed both AirPods in FindMy. STILL NOT CONNECTING. Help.
