Messages isn’t syncing across devices

I don’t see all of my current messages synced across from my iPhone to iPad and iMac. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app, used the sync now button, and I still don’t see newest messages on my iPad and iMac that I do on my iPhone.

All messages?

By default, only iMessages (one in blue) would appear on all devices, at least those logged into the same iCloud/Apple Account.

If you're talking about SMS or RCS messages from non-iCloud accounts (e.g. Android phones), they require text Message Forwarding to be enabled, so that your phone forwards the message to your iPad and iMac.

Check Settings -> Apps -> Messages -> Text Message Forwarding to check.
