How do I fix slow iCloud photo syncing on iPhone?

I loaded about 120 photos from my pc to iCloud in order to sync them with my iPhone, however, it is not happening. just a few photos are through, even though the system is saying only 53 items remained.

Sync Photos to iCloud VERY slow I have been trying to sync the photos from my iPhone to my newly upgraded (2TB) iCloud drive. It has been going on 3 days now. I have over 10,000 photos and 1,000 videos and it says that there are still 6,000 left to sync. Is this normal? I have been keeping my phone plugged in so battery isn't an issue but it still stops syncing every once in a while and I have to tell it to start again.

This slowness affects all devices. Previous thread suggested killing the bird process might help. Tried that and no luck. Coincidentally, or maybe not, I went over 100k photos recently, though I have 2 TB iCloud and it's only ~ ½ full. HELP! Synching seems ALWAYS paused for "system performance". Well, my devices are restarted regularly, powered up almost always, and usually updated the day patches/updates are released. How much "system performance" pausing of iCloud synch is required, seriously? Oh, and being able to see a list of items yet to be synched would be very useful.

Why are some iPhone photos stuck syncing to iCloud despite good internet and storage? Why does my recent photos only be added to icloud and the rest is inly always playing sync but never finished even thou the internet connection is good and i have 2 TB of storage in Icloud , what is the problem [Re-Titled by Moderator]

you can text in a both house or a store

first key the password into wi-fi

and again your App Store touce your online

keep and new.

Eventually they are all synced but it took a day and a night.
