AppleScript set change interval to 10.0 not working

In AppleScript, I try to set the change interval for wallpaper to 10 seconds, but it gets set to 1800 seconds. it also removes the album from the picture folder. This used to work , a few OS's ago, since Sonoma it hasn't.

More selectivity for time of wallpaper intervals should be had...

Script:
