Why does my PayPal prepaid debit card keep declining with Apple Pay?
I always have money in my debit card but I don’t know why it keeps declining when I try to pay with Apple Pay.

Apple is not a bank and cannot approve or decline a purchase. Please contact the issuing bank and discuss why their prepaid debit card is failing.
