Why did my Apple Pay payment get cancelled?
Okay, I’m pretty new to the whole Apple thing, but I have an iPad Pro 13-inch that I have Apple Pay on it. I was sent money from a friend. On the iMessage, it says cancelled:
When I click on it, it takes me to my Apple Pay, in settings, and I goo to my Apple Cash, click on “transactions,” and I see this…
Then, I click the arrow button, and I see this:
Okay, so after all of that, I received an email that said this….
So, I’m confused. Is there any way I can make this go quicker? Whether I can send the money back, or cancel it on my end, or get it cleared so that it goes to my account, I don’t care, I just want it done. And I have looked everywhere, followed so many different support links, reread the same few articles multiple times, with multiple articles, and I just can’t figure it out and I don’t know what to do…
And, honestly, I really hate saying that, because usually, I’m the one who can figure stuff like this out real quick… so… please, someone, help me!! 😓🤦♀️🤣
