X Axis Values Disappear when Deleting "Unrelated Table"

I was trying to figure out why all my charts x axis data is deleted when I delete the first chart controller #1

that I made -- that uses drop downs to add lines / data to all my charts. I created other controllers for each new chart.

Recently I made larger / taller controllers to add even more data to the charts and was deleting the smaller original first controller I made and all the x axis data for all the charts is also deleted along with it but tha tx axis data is independent and in large table much lower down in the sheet?
