Unable to automate settings at night using the side button under Accessibility

Hello, I am trying to automate some things using the side button. I am trying to automate a setting at night which will change my screen color to red. so I went to the aaccessibility section and I change the color tint to red. What I want to do is only do it at night from sunrise to sunset. So I did my research, and someone suggested doing this and then manually triple clicking the side button at night. However, I triple click the side button and all I get is the Apple wallet. How do I customize the triple click settings to account for this new automation I want to do your help is appreciated thank you.
