One card not showing when using Apple Pay on various websites

My CC in my apple wallet will not show up when clicking the Apple Pay button on various and sundry websites. The other 2 cards that are in my wallet show up fine as a choice. This card is new and recently added. But its been activated in my wallet for over a week now.

Safari has it no problem in 'autofill' fields. But when using a vendor's 'Apple Pay' button, only 2 of my three cards show up as a choice to use for the purchase.

Anyone know what gives?

Jeff, thanks for the tips. I did what you said. But discovered that the card was visible on my laptop. But not on my Mac Studio. Weird.

So I went into the wallet and Apple Pay prefs on the Mac Studio and noticed that the card was missing from the system prefs. So I added it....again. And now it appears. I assumed that iCloud syncs all this. And it's true that it sunk the laptop and the phone and the iPads with the new CC. But the desk top did not. Strange. At any rate, thank you for your help.

Please follow this path,

iPhone > Settings > Wallet & Apple Pay > scroll down > Allow Payments on Mac > try switching off and on your iPhone and restarting both your Mac and your iPhone.

It should be off for using Touch ID on Mac. It should be on for using iPhone to approve and change cards.

Make sure you have latest version of your banks mobile app and be logged into it.

Apple does know what cards you have in your Wallet app. Apple on receives encrypted data when setting up and using a card. Apple does not have a key to decrypt the data. Only your bank has a key.

What device are you using on the website, iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch or Mac? Autofill on Safari is different than Apple Pay.

Macstudio. The missing card occurs after I click an apple pay button on any checkout cart on any website. I'm presented with the Touch ID window and I can change cards to whichever one I want.

When I click on the arrow to change from my default card to the 'new' one, it does not show up in the choices.

Used to work fine with my old CC. This new one which appears in the wallet and can be used at pay points out in the field, does not show up in the wallet when using a website 'Apple Pay' button.

You're welcome!

No, cards never sync via iCloud, and very little actual data is stored on iCloud. For example card numbers are not stored. Card name is stored and limited past transaction data is stored.
