I am trying to do a Formula involving Division but when I press the / symbol in Formulas it comes up as a +, which is the default. I'm not sure why? Thanks for your help.

It's actually the "÷" symbol (which ressemble a "+", I agree) which is the way Numbers represent the division operator. I don't believe there is a way to modify that default behavior.

I agree, but it is the division symbol used for many years on calculators!
I think the problem is the small font in the Numbers Formula Editor.
