how to restore "cell" on a Numbers spreadsheet that I accidentally deleted?

I accidentally somehow deleted the "cell" formatting option from one of my Numbers spreadsheets.

Whereas it used to read "Table""Cell""Text""Arrange" on the far right side of the same row/line as "Sheet 1", it now reads "Category""Sort""Filter." How do I get Table/Cell/Text/Arrange back so I can change the formatting of cells in this spreadsheet?

Thanks.

I think you may have accidentally clicked on Organize. Click on Format again, and you should see "Table," "Cell," "Text," and "Arrange."
