Can't sign in apple music in android

Issue Description:

When I try to sign in to Apple Music on Android, I encounter a problem stating that "your purchase is incomplete." As a result, I am unable to sign in.

Account & Device Information:

• The account has an active Apple Music subscription.
• I can sign in successfully on my iPad using the same account.
• The Apple ID region is set to Türkiye.
• I am currently using a Chinese network to access the internet.

Steps Already Tried (Unsuccessful):

1. Used a VPN to simulate network conditions — Failed.
2. Restarted my Android phone — Failed.
3. Reinstalled the Apple Music app — Failed.

I would really appreciate it if you could help me resolve this issue so I can use Apple Music on my Android device.
