Dead MacBook - can’t remove Apple Pay card

My MacBook Air from 2019 died - absolutely will not boot up. Now I can’t add my credit card to my new one because it’s limited to 3 devices, and I had it on my phone, iPad and MacBook. I can’t remove it from my dead MacBook to add it to my new one.

I am attempting to add a card to Apple Pay on a MacBook Pro (Ventura 13.0), and I'm getting the following message: Apple Pay is already configured on this Mac for another disk. Only one disk can be used with Apple Pay. Do you want to remove the existing cards on this Mac and add new ones? "Disk"? I have two MacBooks, a Pro and an Air. Does this message mean that I can only use Apple Pay on one of them? Apple Wallet App in Mac OS, "Card removed by issuer" error After MacBook Pro 13 M2 logic board and Touch ID replacement under Apple Care, adding any card to the Wallet app results in that card having an error that says "Card removed by issuer" All attempts to add any card, including the Apple Card result in the same error. Removing and replacing cards don't help. Signing out and back into Apple ID account don't help. Reboot no help. Saw this same issue posted on Reddit. User stated Apple says "Wait for an update to Mac OS" Is this the case?
