Apple Pay show "updating cards" but no updates are available on my iPhone

Hello, i have been suffering with my apple pay for many issues, all of the sudden the CC and DC added to my wallet refrain from usage and a message appears of “updating cards, apple pay will be available when updates are complete”

yet no updates available on my phone for I.O.S version or any other application

this has been repetitive and when I contact the issuer bank they confirm that the card is activated and no issues appears on the system.. need help please
