I have attempted to do a money transfer through Moneygram using Apple Cash but it declines with "Restricted Merchant". Is there a work around or something else I can do?

You’ll need to pick another merchant to conduct business with. Moneygram has classified their business using the industry standard MCC (Merchant Classification Code) and the bank has restricted their card (Apple Cash) from being used at that merchant. The restriction is generally covered in the Terms & Condituons you agreed to when your applied to open your account with Green Dot Bank. Green Dot Bank restricts their use of their card in being used to obtain >Cash Equivalents<.
This is probably due to Green Dot offering the same service of transferring funds using your iPhone and Apple Messages app.
