How to report fraudulent Apple Pay transaction to Apple?

I saw one entry on my Apple Pay that was don’t recognise. I spoke to Amex, the card issuer, but was advised to speak to Apple Pay. I can’t find how I can do this.

Apple Pay is a service. If you have fraudulent charges with a credit or debit card you report it to the card issuer, in your case American Express. If Apple is the merchant, what was purchased? Is it a subscription to an app or service?
