iCloud Drive piechart in finder window is stuck

On my 2016 iMac, there is a piechart next to iCloud Drive in Finder window, and it seems to be stuck. When I click 'Get Info', it says uploading 1 item at Zero KB of 56.64 GB (picture below). A Google search found instructions on stoping the process in Activity Monitor (suggested bird, or nsurlsessiond), but that didn't stop the piechart.

Any suggestions on how to resolve this?
