How to resolve Apple Pay verification issues?

So I was just trying to verify my information on my Apple Pay while I was on the Phone with Apple Support. I've verified my information more than 6 or 7 times because it kept saying I needed to repeat the process again and again until it reached its limit. The lady on the phone with Apple Support told me she wouldn't be able to confirm my information at that time, so now my Apple Pay is currently restricted and I've called Apple Support twice and one said I won't be able to do anything and another said I'll have to wait until restarts, which they have no idea when it will restart. So I don't know what else to do. I've been looking it up on what other things I can do, but they haven't been successful, and I kept calling, but I still have no luck. Can someone please tell me what I should do about this????

It’s not Apple Pay. Apple Pay does not request verification. I think you’re confusing Apple Pay with Apple Cash. Apple Pay is a service that protects your financial and personal information when you make a purchase/payment using a credit or debit card on your Apple device.

Apple Cash is a prepaid debit card and may require verification and identification at various times and thresholds of transactions. You were not speaking with Apple Support. Apple Cash is a prepaid debit card is issued and serviced by Green Dot Bank.
