How do I add a bank card to my 11yr olds apple wallet
The phone says that payment cards are not supported for this account.
Is this because he’s under 18?

Electronic wallets are subject to banking regulations of your country of residence. Depending on the country, a minimum age of 13 is required. However, some countries have a higher minimum age. In the US, 13 is the minimum age. Also check with the bank for their minimum age requirements for youth/teen accounts and if they support Apple Wallet and Apple Pay.
Apple doesn’t publish a comprehensive list of minimum ages for wallet use by country. Please contact Apple support for specific requirement's for your country regarding age.
