There is no such thing as Apple Wallet funds. Are you referring to funds in your Apple Cash account? If not, please explain exactly what you’re trying to do.

Any “payment” methods in your wallet will generally migrate to a replacement device signed-in with the same Apple Account.

(although some level of re-verification might be required of individual payment methods)
