Autofill two-factor code not working on iMac for bank login

Alright, doing a Safe Mode restart does not always solve the problem. Also, if you are using a wireless keyboard it would be VERY wise to get USB keyboard and mouse because sometimes the wireless connection does not work on a SafeMode restart. Keyboards and mice are very inexpensive so don't worry about cost.

I also would recommend doing an EtreCheck report of the system to ensure there is nothing installed that is causing the problem. EtreCheck has a paid version and an unpaid version, the unpaid version is fine however if you want to buy it that would be your decision.

Try restarting the computer in Safe Mode, after you have successfully restarted in Safe Mode please restart normally and re-test the banks website.
