Maybe just a combo of a new account + incoming cash from a 3rd party + a weekend.

Banks are under some pretty draconian federal laws intended to prevent money-laundering, so they might just be performing their own due diligence.

If it doesn’t “clear” by Tuesday morning, you might indeed want to contact the issuer - Green Dot Bank.

I suspect that you might also still need to verify your identity.

Or … you might simply need to manually accept the funds.

Please follow this path,

iPhone > Wallet app (not Settings app) > Apple Cash > More Button (three dots in upper right corner of screen) > Card Details > scroll down > Automatically Accept Payments > select (tap) if it’s already selected, please select another option and then select Automatically Accept Payments and restart your iPhone.
