I can't add a payment card to my silicon Macbook Air M3, but my iPhone has this card on Apple Pay. Can't I add a card to my Macbook because:

You’re using a MacBook Air is that correct? Are you updated to latest iOS? Have you enabled Apple Pay on your iPhone and is it updated to latest iOS? Please follow this path,
iPhone > Settings & Apple Pay > Apple Pay Details > scroll down > Allow Payments on Mac

Ah, there’s more to the story. Please contact your bank and determine if any tokens are still associated with your Mac. If, the bank needs to remove them. You may need to wait 24 to 48 hours after tokens are removed before your card(s) can be added and new tokens added.
Air. Latest iOS. Yes, path is correct and work. But I used to add a card to my MacBook and everything worked fine. Now it's impossible to add a card to my MacBook, and with iOS, not all websites work correctly with Apple Pay on my MacBook.
Yes. I've read all the instructions. Absolutely all the possible ones. And six months ago, everything worked for me on this same MacBook, I plugged in the card and voila! Then I reinstalled the system from scratch, and since then the MacBook has not accepted the same card anymore.
Does the Magic Keyboard work and is Touch ID enabled ?
Touch ID enabled. I haven't Magic Keyboard.
Can't add card to Apple Pay.
