If not downloadable from there, then you’re likely looking at the incorrect app in the App Store. Your Purchase History is where to go to get a link to download load it.

Do you see this app in the App Store? If not, then, you’re just not going to get it back. Sometimes, apps are removed from the App Store, and they are never accessible again. It all comes down to licensing agreements between Apple and the Developer.

Loss of data and other purchases is something you would have agreed to upon opening an Apple Account —Something many don’t realize when they go about signing up for an Apple Account (because the Terms & Conditions aren’t read).

What is the App? Please provide a link to it in the App Store. You’re likely to find it using the Googl query: [app name] site: https://www.apple.com/app-store/. You may want to contact the Developer, directly, of whose Contact Us info is found the app’s site of the App Store.

Your posts have been helpful. It is showing in my Purchase app and it says I can't get a refund as it was purchased in 2018. Now again reported the issue with reporting problem as Quality issue. When I click, It provides two options Keep or Delete. It says App is no longer available on the App Store. You're right. So I have lost my subscription.
