Signing Out an iCloud Account on Monterey w/o Screentime Password

When my child was in school, I bought her a MacBook Air. It stopped being supported at the Monterey OS which I've updated to the last published version.

I want to sell that MacBook Air after upgrading her to a MacBook Pro.

The issue I'm having is that I cannot sign out of the iCloud access for her account on that MacBook Air and I believe it's because the Screentime Control is activated.

I can no longer remember the Screentime Control password, and the account that the password reset instructions were registered to be sent - no longer exists.

So, how can I sign her out of her account on that computer, without the Screentime Access being disabled?

Thanks for your thoughts.
