I have Upgrade Mac OS 26 , I am Experiencing Crazy Drop in Screen Time , Even though battery Life is 96% But it Doest even last for a full day ?

Chrome is a known battery drainer on both Windows and Mac laptops. Installing useless after-market apps that claim to clean, disinfect, protect, optimize, or mop your Mac's floors will also accelerate battery drain.
Watching videos or video-conferencing are high-stress as well. I do both on wall power whenever possible.

Plug the computer whenever convenient to do so.
"Crazy drop in screen time" does not indicate a problem.
"Doest even last for a full day" does not indicate a problem.
