Not downloading apps or updating after ios 26

After ios 26 update no apps downloaded from apple store

Today already updated to ios 26.1 but still can't download apps

iPhone 11, iOS 26

Try a different wifi network; office, library, coffee shop, your cousin’s house…

I have the same problem. It’s been a mess since the iOS 26.0.1 update. I can’t download or update apps, tried restarting and signing out and back in to my Apple ID but the issue is still there.
