Unable to update or instal apps - stuck on "waiting"

I just updated my iPhone 15 Pro to iOS 26.0.1 and later on I tried updating a few apps, realized that those were greyed out and "waiting" written under each of them for quite some time. Same applies when trying to install new apps, getting stuck on "waiting".

I've tried every option available online, apart from factory resetting my iPhone.

Please advise on what to do next.
