How to report Appstore scam apps to Apple ?

To report a Scam app, select the app (not to download, just open its page) and scroll down to the “Information” section (Contains Seller, App size, Category etc.) at the bottom of the section, there should be a “Report a Problem” button/text, click that and follow the on screen directions.
