Google opinion rewards: unavailable in Aus issue

Hi I’m trying to download Google opinion rewards on my iPhone 14 Pro (latest update) and it says region lock for Australia? But on their T&C it says it’s available on iOS and Australia. I’ve checked my Apple ID, Apple Store for location as Australia also: any ideas what’s the issue?

If you have an add-on VPN app, remove it, restart, and try again.

if no VPN or there’s still trouble after removing and restarting, contact Apple Support.
