How to stop sign in to icloud screen pop up on Mac?

How to stop icloud sign in screen pop up on Mac?

Old mac in office, i dun have old user acc and pw.

Everytime i turn on Mac

"Sign in to iCloud" notification will pop up. very annoying.

I have updated my Mac OS to 15.5
