How to fix issues with ITunes and App Store Connection in the ratings and reviews section

So idk why my iTunes and App Store aren’t working with each other for no apparent reason and I kept checking on different days just to see if it worked right? Wrong and it says this can’t connect to iTunes Store and I don’t know why and I do have screenshots of all of this happening for no apparent reason and that’s where I pressed it to go to another section and then I clicked the bottom one and that’s where I got the message. Just no context what so ever and I don’t know how to fix this and I did just get a new iPhone last month and it’s the 17 base one if anybody is wondering. All help is great.

Wondering which iOS version is installed on your iPhone 17.

Eg: You may want to update the iOS to the newest compatible version: (currently iOS 26.0.1) as that often sidesteps issues. (Note: It is always wise to back-up your data before updating the iOS version.)
