Deleting "Library Books" (2014) downloaded today from the App Store into my MBA?

Today, I downloaded the app, "Library Books" (2014), from the App Store. It opened automatically in my MacBook Air, but I can't find it to quit it and delete it.

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 26.0

Did you look in the Applications folder? This is usually where apps are installed.

If you found it but can't delete from the Applications folder, open the Activity Monitor (in the Application > Utilities folder), select the Library Books application, double-click it and choose Quit. This will close Library Books and you'll be able to delete it.
