We are currently using Forcepoint as our Websecurity tool and its not allowing users to open AppStore on their macs. Does anyone know what bypass would work for users to be able to access it?

Few if any of the participants on this site will know what that is.
Your question implies that you are a member of an organization managing Macs. Either consult with the department managing those Macs, or remove the nonessential "security" tool.
