PressReader App using over 300GB

I was using the PressReader app on my MacBook Air (2022) but had warnings that it was running out of space. It appears the PressReader App was the cause of the problem so I deleted the App. The problem didn't go away and I discovered other files in the Library linked to the App - can these files be deleted?
