Unable to buy or download apps on App Store on my iPhone 16

So basically, I tried to download apps but my ongoing subscription which I already cancelled and paid for it won’t let me download anything or update anything

I just don’t know what to do

Try restarting your iPhone: If needed: See how to: Restart your iPhone - Apple Support

(ie: deletes temporary files, re-establishes connections, may update recent setting changes etc., and often restores order if something is not working as expected.)


A subscription needs to be cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period if you do not want to be charged for another month.

If needed: Find out how to pay for an unpaid order:

See: If a message says 'billing problem with previous purchase' or 'verification required' - Apple Support


To check the status of your Apple Account:

How to: See your purchases and subscriptions in the App Store on iPhone - Apple Support


For the App Store: You may want to check if any restrictions are set:

Change settings and restrictions in the App Store on iPhone - Apple Support

and / or
