Songs on Apple Music for Windows stop after 15 seconds

Sometimes, songs play for 15 seconds, then pause (without actually pausing) as if the rest of the song is loading. I either have to click on a lyric further into the song, then rewind to 16 seconds, or restart the song from the album page directly. If I let it continue, the song turns into a high-pitched frequency that only stops if you pause the song, or slows down dramatically. This sometimes happens when I play a song for the first time after turning on my laptop, but usually just randomly during a listening session.

I have Lossless Audio turned on (High Quality for streaming and downloading), but the issue happens even with Dolby Atmos-only or nothing (aka old) songs. I have had Spatial Sound, specifically Dolby Atmos for Speakers, on my Windows laptop turned off for months now.
