Safari/Chrome not working propperly

Issue with opening articles on the internet via The Google App on my iPad Pro. Clicking on a article brings me to a webpage. Some Work Some do not. My Assumption is that there is a pop-up some where to agree the use of cookies! But that pop up is not availabel.

Settings Indy webbrowser (Safari of Chrome) made at allow cookies!!

Anny body else with this problem and knots The Solution?
